I am eating beans.  So I think this will finally work.  Or I am hoping. We have loads of apples left from our last trip. I need to find another outdoor activity that is physical. I gained weight again and am very frustrated.  This week started nightly pilates, and I am doing the entire dvd.  But something is still not right.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I walk daily, chase kids daily, I am doing pilates daily, I exercise daily.  My calories have decreased, since I am not hungry.  And I still gained again!  I am not shrinking in inches either.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is frustrating, I know it has to be my PCOS, but I don't want that crutch.  I want to be skinny and work off the fat. Apple picking was fun.  I am up to a mile on the treadmill again, since I got sick I had stopped doing that.  Three months until The disney half marathon.  So training is going to pick up.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My goal was simple, get in shape after having three children in three years.  I found out that for me personally it is complicated.  But you have to keep on trying. I am going out to a farm this weekend to pick apples.  There are many around here so I am sure one will be the right fit for my family.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I also am going tonight to make the first round trip, around the base where I live.  There is a six mile trail!  It will be the first time I attempt six miles at a walk/jog pace.  Most of the time I just walk and I have gone six miles before, not on this trail so close to home.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Been feeling good, stuffed mushrooms today for me, while my children get fish sticks.  I would love to eat the fish stick! We got my girls and baby, and went for a walk.  We walked to a restaurant, ate, then walked home.  It was so fun!  And it was slow.  My children are tiny, so they walked slower, sorta.  They would run ahead, then run back.  They went further than I did.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Stretching and walking today.  Maybe my goal will become more reachable if I include my children.  It will also teach them to love exercise at a young age. Not happy about the pound, maybe it is just water weight. I have been so sick for, well everybody already has read that.  &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I am still registered for the January Half Marathon at Disney World.  I am trying to work my main page www.tomekeeper.com to earn my way down.  When the hotel prices went up I had to refigure my trip down.  I was originally taking my entire family but it was just too expensive, so we are going in December, because of the military discount and tickets. I have been stretching, and eating.  &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;There was huge storm front that came this way, central PA.  I had stopped walking outside for a couple of days.  My weight gain started again.  I plan on going back to the doctors about that.  Being fat and gaining while doing all this exercise is scary.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I was going to past all of this last night, but my two year old daughter wanted on my lap, she bumped my drink and it landed all over the keyboard. I need to get something to count steps.  I don't have that, and maybe a heart rate monitor. &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I am not sure if that stuff will help me. Maybe it is because I am seeing my body for the first time in three years of being pregnant. Even baked tofu. &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;That is a scary book.  The health care debate is going full swing.  My training for a half marathon was me, trying to make a change.  I needed to figure out a way to reverse my PCOS.  I still am over weight, I still gained after having my fourth child.  But now I am maintaining weight for the first time since his birth, I even lost one pound.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;So tonight a long walk, with stretching. I swam at the water park Typhoon Lagoon.  I was lucky to have only water park ticket left over from a previous trip and Shades of Green had vacancy, so the entire trip cost me 600 for my family of five.  I only go to Disney under 1000 dollars, so I have to find a fantastic discount during Marathon week end or I am not going.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I have the Harrisburg half marathon next month.  I am walking it.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;There has been a bit of stress in the family currently, my husband is going through some tests for his heart. I had reservations, and I was going to add the quick service dining plan.  I crunched the numbers, and even with the Marathon Discount, the trip had a thousand dollars more than I was willing to spend.  I was staying at a value resort with my family of six.  I tried to make the numbers work, it simply did not. We went from only owing 1800 to 2300. That was without the quick service plan added, with it added the extra. &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I have never stayed off property, so I need to research that option.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;So I don't know where this blog is going currently.  I think I will still keep training and posting. There is always the Harrisburg half marathon next month.  I can try to be ready for that one.  I thought if I wasn't I still had Disney.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The worst part is that the fee is nonrefundable.  I paid that in April.  &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Stretching is a key thing to do before every kind of work out, even dancing around the home.  I just re-started the Pilates, a few weeks ago, I am not seeing results yet.  Once again I have to remind myself I had three kids in three years, so stuff is very out of place.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I feel awkward, but feeling every day frustration, I have to figure out a way to keep motivated. So I started eating the supplements, the heart burn is still there, but I am taking less tums.  For me this is an improvement. &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I walked today all over the place, and while I am posting I am moving to the music.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I am still in the learn process for this half marathon.  I have been reading a ton of stuff and am trying it.  I will report on if it works here.  I am averaging a mile of walking a day now.  That is a lot more than before, which was maybe a quarter of a mile or drink soda normally, but I had some, now my ankles are swollen.  That shows that you are drinking salt, salt help retain water and you swell.  Ate a banana to get some potassium which help to get rid of the swelling.  &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Going for a walk tonight.  And bouncing to music currently.  I am not going to drink soda again. type='text'>Today's plan</title><content type='html'>Long walk this evening after posting here.  We went out to Hershey's Park.  Had a funnel cake, well part of one, they are too big of a serving size.  My family of six split two and basically threw away a whole one, we were all full.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Dancing, soccer, and the YMCA today, if I make it to the YMCA, I will feel a bit of an accomplishment.  I have had the membership for a couple of months and gone once.  It is a good place just been busy.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I am bopping to music right now, the current hits are great to dance too.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Everybody have a movement filled day.  I am trying hills there at the Hershey Park Zoo are tall.  I had some trouble pushing the stroller up them, but it was good exercise.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I think finding ways to move is the challenge.  I could sit here at my computer writing for hours.  I just love writing.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Maybe I should find a way to get one of those treadmill desks, okay Amanda you are dreaming, that will not happen, not in your lifetime.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;So, I will get up after every page and dance around. marathon, which is on September 13.  My husband is going to participate with me in the walking division.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I already today did stretching.  I am frustrated, all this exercise and I have gained, not lost weight, and that on this large body sucks.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Three months to prepare.  I know Disney was supposed type='html'>I walked/jogged a 17:45 mile, not bad for a fat lady, but way out of shape, I got winded. It is also not bad for a woman who gave birth only a month ago.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;To do the Mickey's Half Marathon in January, a participant needs to be able to maintain a 16 minute mile.  That means to be able to finish the race, a person needs to complete the course in 3 1/2 hours.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I am not timing my pace today, Mickey's half marathon.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;What took me so long?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I gave birth last month.  Training got put on hold the little wiggler in my tummy.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Went to Walt Disney World last month, walking around the parks were invigorating.  My daughter walked and told me "no type='text'>A baby oh my!</title><content type='html'>A possible pregnancy can put a huge monkey wrench in my training.  I took a pregnancy test and it was positive.  All I have to do is confirm it with the doctors.  I love children, so this was not bad news.  &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I have been struggling with my training but I think even when pregnant I can still walk. months.  Well, I found out what that was, and it is drum roll please....Sacroiliac Pain.  I injured my tail bone and a few bones above it.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I injured myself during child birth.  Fun.  I thought when I started training that I was doing the right stretches.  Boy, I was wrong.  Some helped but others made my injury irritated.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;At least this pain in my butt can go away with proper stretching and physical therapy.  I know that if it does not the Doctor will have to explore other options or even surgery.  YUK!  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;He said I can keep training so I will.  Disney Marathon here I come.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div interact with my extended family unless it is through e-mail and then I know I am writing the information to people who don't write back.  I hope they appreciate what I do trying to keep up with them or at least tell them what my family is up too.  Maybe the family is right I write to them for myself.  But that never made much sense to me, since they are family, and doesn't family want to know me?.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Okay, that read a bit bitter.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I have made an attempt to get to know members of my family over the years.  My parents had little contact with people because we lived in Alaska for years.  The distance does not make for a close family.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I will walk to the bank today.  I will stretch and complete my training for today.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Yesterday I ate pizza, I am id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;Tuesday&lt;/span&gt;,  my back hurts.  I have been training by stretching every day.  &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;This weekend we had barbecue, very tasty potato salad that I made, and no &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;ice cream&lt;/span&gt;!  That was the first time for me every going with out &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;ice cream&lt;/span&gt;.  And I love &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;ice cream&lt;/span&gt;!  Of &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;course&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;the&lt;/span&gt; non-sugar &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;ice cream&lt;/span&gt; is the only kind I can have.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I am walking everyday important training.  The two pounds I gained I have lost.  I go out side and stretch everyday.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The Disney vacation, for this year, has been planned.  I am finally happy with where we are staying.  There is a lot of walking on a Disney Vacation so I plan on enjoying that portion of the trip.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The past couple of times going I did not enjoy the walking.  I was pregnant both of those trips.  Now I think the walking will not be so bad since I am training for the Marathon. got thrown out the window.  I ate loads of chocolate.  I am now regretting that decision.  My joints ache.  The pain woke me up this morning.  This is how I know I ate too much sugar the day before.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I stretched and I am planning a walk later today.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I hope to get back on track.  It seems walked only a short distance with both of my girls.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Yesterday I made a yummy potato &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;broccoli&lt;/span&gt; and Cheese soup.  Today I have to color eggs for &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;tomorrow&lt;/span&gt;.  I hope
