Three pounds lost

Four days not meat and three pounds lost. I am eating beans. So I think this will finally work. Or I am hoping. I really don't like meat unless it is smothered in some sauce.

I am ashamed of myself because I was a vegetarian only for 8 months before I lost control and ate meat, so hopefully I can go longer and loose the weight with exercise continuing.

I hope everybody else is doing good too.

Update

A long walk is scheduled for today, six miles. I think I will get it done! After that, pilates.

I am back to being a FULL time vegetarian.

Eating an Apple for Breakfast

Not feeling as bad as I did yesterday.

WE go out to pick apples on the weekend but I am not sure if we are doing it this weekend. We have loads of apples left from our last trip. I need to find another outdoor activity that is physical. When the picking season is over, we need something else to do.

In the spring we will be doing more pick-your-own food.

My exercise did not happen yesterday, all it did was walk.

I am failing

I am failing at this goal. I gained weight again and am very frustrated. This week started nightly pilates, and I am doing the entire dvd. But something is still not right.

I walk daily, chase kids daily, I am doing pilates daily, I exercise daily. My calories have decreased, since I am not hungry. And I still gained again! I am not shrinking in inches either.

This is frustrating, I know it has to be my PCOS, but I don't want that crutch. I want to be skinny and work off the fat. I want to be able to at least walk a half marathon.

I can't give up, but I feel like it, I am failing in my goal.

Pilates

I have been stretching but not doing my Pilates DVD, I did that today! And I did all the modified exercises, I am finally getting flexibility back after having 3 babies in three years. Walking later today and maybe dancing. My weight is stable no gains after my birthday friday. Back to normal schedule tomorrow!

Running up and down stairs

I ran up and down my stairs today. I stretched, and danced. That is about it so far. The weather has gotten a bit chilly here.

I at tofu stir fry, yummy. And apple pie, also yummy. I feel pretty good. I will be going for a walk later today.

I know this one is short, but on good days, like today, I just post what I did.
