Rain

Well, it rained this morning.  I am not sure how to train outside during the rain but I think I might go for a walk anyway.  I have not done anything today to train yet.  

I have started eating Raisin Bran.  I am trying to clean up my insides.  I think that will help with weight loss and give me more energy.  I am tired today because of staying up late to watch Bill Mahr.  

Okay, if I decide to change plans I will blog.  My Disney Marathon dreams, I am making happen.

Stretching

Today I took my little girls with me on my walk.  THis was refreshing.  I ran only feet and lost my breath while pushing them.  

I think I need to stretch before the long walks and short runs.  I will be looking into how to warm up before a work out.  I was stiff today.  

I think this is a doable goal.  I do need to loose some more weight.  Well that is it for today.  Maybe a stroll on the beach tomorrow.

Cross training and walking

I have stretched out today and will take my babies in their stroller for a nice walk in a few minutes.  I love walking before the sun rises but that is not happening today.  This is the third day of training and I feel a bit sore but excited that I have lasted into the third day.

I plan on using my wii tonight as a cross training device.  I will be swinging the wand around and playing my wii sports.

Tired

I will go out to walk later today.  I stayed up late last night and slept through my morning walk.  I have been stressed about a Disney vacation that I am planning.  I resort "hopped"  and I hope the last change to my reservation happened this morning. 

I am staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort.  It has long paths to walk and trails for jogging.  I think that will help my training to the Turkey Trot in November.

The first walk

I went about two miles today.  The air was refreshing.  But my back aches now and my hip.  Oh well, I know this is do to being out of shape.  

Change is tough.  I hate wearing socks, so I have not worn sneakers in the past couple of years.  My feet did not take to well to the sneakers.

That is today's training report.  First 1/2 marathon is the turkey trot in November.

2010 Disney Half Marathon

Okay, well, this lady is starting this blog to track her training and progress to get to a goal.  I want to run the disney's half marathon in 2010.  The only thing that might stop me is pregnancy, only if I get pregnant again.

Things I do need to fix: my weight, my breath control, and my endurance.
