Resting today

Today I am taking a resting day.  But that doesn't mean I won't be exercising.  I will go for a long walk and maybe to a theme park.

I love going outside to walk.

Rain

Working on the treadmill tonight, a timed walk/jog.  Lost a pound overnight.  

Things are going smoothly with training.  I need to keep it up.  

Cross training also has to happen today.

Weight Gain

Gained to over 260 today, not happy about that, I exercise and the weight is supposed to peal right off.  Oh well, I better continue to exercise, no exercise would be very  very bad.  I have to keep trying, but I am struggling.

The marathon sign up for me is this week.  I will be signing up for the Harrisburg Half marathon which is in September.

No sleep

I did not sleep last night, something going on here with my family that could change our life forever.  

I walked 3 miles yesterday in 45 minutes.  Not bad, not great.

I don't feel like training

I know everybody has these days.  I know I have to train, cross train or do something physical.  I simply don't feel like it.

This blog is my motivator, so this afternoon I will go for a walk/jog.  I need to increase my mile time, so a timed walk/jog is needed.  

I will post my new time tomorrow, but honestly I don't want to do it today.

Swimming

I hope to go swimming today.  This is apart of cross training.  

We walked yesterday.  I am feeling a bit under the weather but I won't stop training.  My goal is to finish.
