Moved around furniture today, now my treadmill reminds me as I enter my living room, to work out. i want to increase my mileage from one to three miles a day, to five or six. I can't do that without the treadmill.
I am going to do a timed run tonight. Stretching first. Since I have stalled my weight gain, I am hoping to reverse it. I have been steady at 260. When I gave birth five months ago I was 230. That is 30 pounds weight gain in five months and I am breast feeding a baby. NOT good. I talked to my doctor about this and got again eat less, exercise more. I have had tests done my thyroid is okay, so the doctor attests this to my PCOS. I think it sucks, I look at food and put on weight, and I exercise every day.
Five months until the Disney half marathon, and two until the Harrisburg half marathon. I feel like I am not making progress. But I must keep trying I have little ones I want to live for...
