Nothing

Nothing got posted yesterday. My two little ones got shots, yuck! I did nothing but comfort them.

Today I went for a mile walk. Nothing else.

I will get on the treadmill tonight after posting and get a good work out. I bought two books, and can tell you the titles when they get in, one is about China and another about Mediterranean vegan diets.

Sick

I rested yesterday, well today, I got no sleep last night.  My baby decided not to sleep.  Then to top it off I have run a low fever all day.  The worst is that I hate summer colds.

Today I am going to force myself to walk.  I might dance.  That is about it.

Day of Rest

Okay today has been a day of rest.  I have done nothing to stretch, dance or go on the treadmill.  We all have these days and it is good for the muscles.  

Lost one pound, not sure how but happy about the weight loss.

Motivation

Changing the furniture around has helped.  I got on the treadmill this morning.  I am also going on my evening walk.  

Stretching is a key thing to do before every kind of work out, even dancing around the home.  I just re-started the Pilates, a few weeks ago, I am not seeing results yet.  Once again I have to remind myself I had three kids in three years, so stuff is very out of place.

I feel awkward, but feeling every day frustration, I have to figure out a way to keep motivated. Tell you when I figure that out.

Weight Complaining

Moved around furniture today, now my treadmill reminds me as I enter my living room, to work out. i want to increase my mileage from one to three miles a day, to five or six.  I can't do that without the treadmill.  

I am going to do a timed run tonight.  Stretching first.  Since I have stalled my weight gain, I am hoping to reverse it.  I have been steady at 260.  When I gave birth five months ago I was 230.  That is 30 pounds weight gain in five months and I am breast feeding a baby.  NOT good.  I talked to my doctor about this and got again eat less, exercise more.  I have had tests done my thyroid is okay, so the doctor attests this to my PCOS.  I think it sucks, I look at food and put on weight, and I exercise every day.

Five months until the Disney half marathon, and two until the Harrisburg half marathon.  I feel like I am not making progress. But I must keep trying I have little ones I want to live for...

Walking

Walked around Hershey park today, up hills and down, I will be going out for my evening walk.  

I am not dancing tonight, I will be doing some stretches.  

I am trying to figure out how to walk farther, I have added a little bit of jogging.  I don't think I am doing well with training.
