I am taking today to rest. I already danced some in my kitchen today, silly I know but it is movement. I will go out with my kids and play soccer.
I am hoping people who read this, can do some of what I am doing. I am over weight, I did gain some again, but I lost 2 pounds today, so I think I can reverse the weight gain. I know these posts are short, but it is a basic map of my exercises each day, while I am training for a half marathon.
Always try, never give up. I have set backs, like everybody else, but I always try.
