Today's plan

Theme park walking today, hopefully, that depends on the family.  If not dancing, soccer and a long walk jog.

I had pizza late last night and can still feel it in my stomach this morning.  I love pizza, but don't eat it at 10pm, not good for sleeping.

I like this pre-planning my exercise. I actually get my exercising done.

Resting day

I am taking today to rest.  I already danced some in my kitchen today, silly I know but it is movement.  I will go out with my kids and play soccer.

I am hoping people who read this, can do some of what I am doing. I am over weight, I did gain some again, but I lost 2 pounds today, so I think I can reverse the weight gain.  I  know these posts are short, but it is a basic map of my exercises each day, while I am training for a half marathon.  

Always try, never give up. I have set backs, like everybody else, but I always try.

I want to start morning walking.

I have to post on my many blogs, but after I want to take all of my children on a morning walk.  Most of the time I am exercising in the evenings.  

I think I will keep my evening walks, and just add a morning walk.

As for eating, I am eating for two currently, until the baby is done nursing no diet for me.

Cross training today. And then rest.

Soccer

I am going to teach my children to play this game today.  I got a ball last night for my child's birthday.  We also got a play golf set.  So those two games are going to be added to my training schedule.

My weight gain seems to have tapered off, at least no gained pounds this morning.  Long walk tonight.  The half marathon is in a couple of months here in Pennsylvania.

Eating

Eating, since I am nursing, I have not been following my PCOS diet.  That might be why the weight gain.  I plan on continuing to nurse my baby up until the race in January.  I can't wait for that race, but I'm terrified that I won't complete it.

Today, I am planning on doing that long walk.  I did not yesterday because the night before I stayed up most of the night.  

The Disney Half Marathon is the one I really want to finish.

Up All night

I will try to go out for a six mile walk today, the operative word is try.  I have been up all night last night, do to baby.

Sometimes when you are taking care of someone so tiny, you give up sleep.  I don't mind.  I want to train today anyway, maybe I will feel less tires.

Walking

Went for a nice walk last night and I worked out on the total gym, still gaining weight not loosing. This is frustrating but I have to keep on trying.

Cross training tomorrow, I am dancing tonight.
