Well, nutrition is still on my mind, and I am doing my best, I have kept the four pounds I lost off so far.

Okay lost four pounds! Time to celebrate. Okay, now time to keep off the weight.
No walk last night, maybe one tonight. The new schedule is still taking time to get used too, sorry about that.
