OH, I screwed up my diet yesterday, I ate McDonald's. And it tasted good. Oh dear. I went for a long walk yesterday around a mall. I walked form one end to another three times.
I have to find ways to avoid my favorite out to eat food. I know Kroc's house, McDonald's, will kill me someday. But I love the burgers.
