Reading

My books came in and I thumbed through my "The Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen". I had a cucumber, tomato, black olive with vinegar and olive oil salad for lunch. Tasted good, it is a modified recipe.

I have not started to read "The China Study". I will probably, after I finish my blog posting.

For exercise today, I did stretching exercises. My hip started hurting this week. So stretching is what I need to do.

Walking tonight. And some dancing.
