I injured myself during child birth. Fun. I thought when I started training that I was doing the right stretches. Boy, I was wrong. Some helped but others made my injury irritated.
At least this pain in my butt can go away with proper stretching and physical therapy. I know that if it does not the Doctor will have to explore other options or even surgery. YUK!
He said I can keep training so I will. Disney Marathon here I come.
