Fiber

I wasn't hungry today, first time in a long while.  I have been taking some fiber supplements because I read that adding more fiber can stop heartburn.  I eat tons of fruits and veggies but obviously not enough. So I started eating the supplements, the heart burn is still there, but I am taking less tums.  For me this is an improvement. 

I walked today all over the place, and while I am posting I am moving to the music.  

I am still in the learn process for this half marathon.  I have been reading a ton of stuff and am trying it.  I will report on if it works here.  I am averaging a mile of walking a day now.  That is a lot more than before, which was maybe a quarter of a mile or less.
