Keyboard Disaster

I went for a walk in the rain yesterday. I have been stretching, and eating.

There was huge storm front that came this way, central PA. I had stopped walking outside for a couple of days. My weight gain started again. I plan on going back to the doctors about that. Being fat and gaining while doing all this exercise is scary.

I was going to past all of this last night, but my two year old daughter wanted on my lap, she bumped my drink and it landed all over the keyboard. You have to love your toddler.

Raining

Raining some out side today, so I might have to go on the treadmill.  Still have not made it to the YMCA, maybe later, maybe not.  I am a large woman and I don't like being looked at while I work out.  I know that is just an excuse.  But it is my own to over come.

I missed my dental appointment today.  I must keep these kinds of appointments, an infection in the mouth can slow someone trying to loose weight and get fit down, every system in the body needs to be healthy. 

Dancing to my music in between posts.  Life is good today, cooked for my kids.  Played with them too.
